The second annual Scottish Constitutional Futures Forum lecture will be delivered by Professor Anthony King, Millennium Professor of British Government at the University of Essex. Professor King is the author of many books including The British Constitution (Oxford University Press, 2007) and (with Ivor Crewe) The Blunders of Our Governments (Oneworld Publications, 2013).  

All are welcome and the lecture will be followed by a wine reception.
